Spec sheet
What leaves the works with your name on it
Read this as a parts list. Each item is something we design, build or run, and each one ends up in your hands. We fit only the parts your plant needs.
- Station A
The Buyer Map
A short written read of your current plant. Which channels run, which sit idle, and where an engine would fit. It is free, it is specific to your company and it carries no obligation.
- Station B
Line design
The drawing before the build. Who you need to reach, what they care about, which channel reaches them and what we say when it does.
- A buyer profile written from your own wins and losses
- A baseline agreed with you before anything runs
- A clear statement of what we will not build
- Station C
Build and staffing
We assemble the line inside your accounts, so the tools and records are yours from the first day. We bring the researchers, writers and reviewers who run it.
- Station D
The outbound line
The core of the plant. Each message is researched and written for one named person at one real company, then read by a human before it ships. Consent comes first, and a request to stop is honored at once.
- Station E
Authority and search
The layer that makes a first conversation easier. Press, short video, and a site that answers a buyer's real questions in plain terms. Search work that covers the classic results page and the AI answer engines buyers now ask for a shortlist.
- Station F
Running the line
We operate it, tune it and report against the baseline. When a part fails we say so and fix it. We stay on the floor until the line produces pipeline you can see.
- Station G
Handover package
Everything we built, transferred to you in working order.
- The playbook, written so a new hire can follow it
- The data, clean and in your systems
- The sequences and the reasoning behind them
- Your people, trained on the live line
Questions from the shop floor
Do you replace our sales team?
No. We build the lines that put new buyers in front of your sellers. Your team takes the conversations, and in time your team runs the lines too.
Do we have to run every channel?
No. The Buyer Map tells us where the gap is. If one line is missing, we build one line.
Who owns the data and the accounts?
You do, from the start. We build inside your accounts, so there is nothing to migrate at the end.
What happens after the handover?
Your people run the plant. If you want us nearby for a while longer, ask. The aim is a plant you never need us for.
How do you avoid messages that read like a template?
Every message starts from research on one person and their company, and a human reads it before it ships. If it could go to anyone, it does not go.
