Privacy notice

This notice explains what Deals Works does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short because there is not much to say.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and anything you choose to add: your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means preparing and sending your Buyer Map and replying to any questions about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything unrelated to what you asked.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. The only people who see them are the people at Deals Works who handle your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The fonts load from a font service, which sees the technical request your browser makes, as any website does.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to catherine.lloyd@dealsworks.co, or send the request through the contact form. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
